Our New Safety Risk Header
Regular readers would surely have noticed our new blog header. I want to thank my little sister Alison for her artwork. What makes her effort so incredibly amazing is the fact that she did this whilst recovering from recent surgery to remove a brain tumour! Al has been a talented artist since she could hold a crayon and runs a very successful graphic art company. I recently featured one of her award winning sketches in this article: Safety Can’t Control Nature (or People).
Al has never really had much to do with safety and probably ribbed me about my chosen profession at many a family function. However, she read a few of the articles on this blog about safety spuds, zero harm and risk aversion and I think she captured the gist of what we are on about superbly, that is:
