WHS Legislation – an A to Z Guide
This the latest edition of the Australian OH&S Legislation Guide which has been sent to us by a number of different people. It was first completed in 1997 and have been regularly updated since then. It is a comprehensive listing of all relevant Australian Standards, Legislation and Codes of Practice. It is indexed by subject and industry sectors and well cross referenced.
I believe it is a collaborative work by the following bodies:
- WorkSafe Australia
- ASCC – National Occupational Health & Safety Council (NOHSC)
- Australian Safety and Compensation Council (ASCC)
- Safe Work Australia Council (SWAC)
