Work-Life and Risk, Feminine Perspectives

Work-Life and Risk, Feminine Perspectives

imageRecently five women gathered together to talk about the Social Psychology of Risk and the world of work. The day was spent tackling some big questions on the nature of personhood, maturity, wisdom, discernment, discourse, power and risk.

During the day of we decided to record one conversation in response to a question about living in the world from a feminine perspective. This is the result: https://vimeo.com/237511120

Interesting to hear in the feminine perspective about life and work many words that are absent from general discussion about leadership, work and risk. The conversation was moderated by Rob Long.
