The Benefits of SPOR

First published Here: https://www.clarityenabled.com/blog-2/the-benefits-of-spor

Written By Andrew Thornhill

In our last post we introduced our Clarity Enabled, and our approach to risk and safety (https://www.clarityenabled.com).

Over the next week or so, we interview people who have applied insight from the social psychology of risk (SPOR) and decision making to improve safety outcomes in their workplace.

We start with Zoe Koskinas. (see her article on fallibility here: https://safetyrisk.net/why-is-fallibility-so-challenging-in-the-workplace/)

Zoe is currently the Director of ESG with Compass Diversified in the US, after a number of years in senior EH&S roles with Lend Lease.

Hear Zoe’s view on the benefits SPOR has bought to her professionally, and to organisations she has worked with.

Great to see Zoe, been such a long time. Wonderful to see her testimony about how SPoR changes worldview and practice.
