We’ve written and published many articles about the importance of safety culture and how to sell safety (see them all here). Whilst we believe that safety culture is completely dependant on the overall culture of the organisation, trying to improve your “safety culture” can be a good catalyst for overall organisation change. The results of a safety culture survey will usually have a direct correlation to the culture of the organisation overall.

Workcover have produced this excellent Safety Culture Survey Tool which has been used by many organisation with great success. The tool includes a questionnaire and an Excel spread sheet used to enter, correlate and report your findings. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And we would love to hear feedback from those who have used it.
