Corporate Karaoke for Safety Training
No I haven’t been conned or suckered in by some slick snake oil Salesperson trying to sell me the latest trend in safety training.
I just heard the term “Corporate Karaoke” for the first time (do I need to get out more?) and to me it means:
“training delivered by somebody with little talent or experience who just reads off a set of Powerpoint slides from a generic training package developed by others”
UPDATE: Just found the earliest known source of this term on Kevin Burns Blog post in 2012. Kevin says:

Bueller? Bueller?). This is the seventh pit of hell of meetings.
