Conversation about Safety Conversations

Today’s drop with Dave Whitefield from Semiosphere and Andrew Thornhill from Clarity Enabled is a Conversation about Safety Conversations.

What is a conversation? When should we have them? Why should we have them? What is part of the art of conversation?

To be fair we barely scratched the surface on this and will come to this topic in greater depth in a future episode when we can all be in the same room together.

The thing that kills any possibility of conversation is the disposition to control. If you want to have effective conversations one has to relinquish control and for god sake dump the idea that safety is about controlling hazards.
