A Definition of Learning – A Video

 

imageThere is much talk in the safety industry about learning, mostly coming from engineering and behaviourism, that knows little about learning. Most of this noise is not about learning, such is the safety code (https://safetyrisk.net/deciphering-safety-code/).

So, I decided to provide a definition of learning for those interested.

The 15-minute video provides a semiotic understanding of learning and starts by describing what learning is not.
