Hazard Assessment & Job Safety Analysis

This manual is in Word format, is fully customizable and provides guidelines on risk assessment and conducting a job hazard analysis. If you are committed to ensuring a safe and healthy workplace. In order for this to occur, hazards must be controlled. The first step in controlling hazards is identification and risk assessment.
