This is not a sandwich!
Then it’s a Salad Roll?
This is not a Salad Roll!
Then what is it?
Well, this is a Ham Salad Double-Cut Roll. And if you live in South Australia, this is considered normal. This is part of our Culture. This conveys a meaning of being South Australian.
The fillings could be the same as a BLT, or a Reuben Sandwich, but the double cutting to make the Crescent Roll like two sandwiches make it peculiar to South Australia.
So IYKYK.
This is like Organisational Culture, IYKYK.
We can look at our double cut roll as a part of Microculture, part of South Australia which is a Subculture in which our organisation may be based, and that part of a Macroculture that we can call Australia.
Then if we look at the component parts of Culture as SPoR understands them, we have a lot going on here, far more than how do I make people do what I want, tell or command.

I think IYKYK is a telling mimetic of modern society, in the search for knowledge and in so doing, we forget about what we don’t know, to look beyond what is in front of us, to only accept answers to our question and we forget to listen or ask better questions.
