Stress, de-Stress, diStress and euStress 4 different types of Stress that the Culture Cloud identifies, so what does this do to a person inside the organisation, how does this effect Teams, Subordinates and Peers?
Stress: Normalised pressure that is put upon people, groups and or organisations
de-Stress: Is like when you are going on holidays, completely relaxed and there is very little stress.
diStress: Too much pressure and you, a group or an organisation so that a person, group or an organisation becomes dysfunctional
euStress: Euphoric Stress where people get a high from stress, this is another aberration of behaviour. In a crisis situation this is often problematic and creates major e-motional pressure
How do you identify Stress, knowing that most things in Culture cannot be seen, cannot be touched and cannot be measured?
The behaviourist attitudes show that while they are a part of Culture, it cannot be all of Culture, merely a component of a greater whole. And a poor measure of Culture by itself.
