What this video demonstrates is the high level of analysis that can be applied in using the iCue method.
The iCue method is a visual, verbal, semiotic and relational method that brings to the surface the many social dynamics that are present (unconsciously) in events and in tackling risk. I have written about iCue before:

The conversion of the messiness of the iCue Engagement board into the Omnigraffle program is a game changer. Visually and verbally it is so easy to talk to, and has as many layers as required to present to a given audience, workers, management, the C-Suite or the Board.
And in December 2023 Rob and I will come back to this board and continue the discussion on the Angels and Religion, Reality and Unreality, Myth and Symbol, and then compare how much we remembered of the previous conversation.
