This video is a follow up from the previous overview regarding the Risk iCue Method (https://safetyrisk.net/risk-icue-video/ ).
Risk iCue, iCue Listening and iCue Engagement are all ways of describing the method of undertaking a risk evaluation by visual, verbal and relational mapping.
Most organisations that adopt SPoR methodology learn to tackle risk using the iCue Method. This method begins in a very simply way but as you will learn in Video Three, can be taken to a high level of reflection and understanding.
Normally when people train face-to-face, learning the method takes a few days. It takes longer to learn iCue at an advanced level.
Those who learn iCue are also supported by a suite of 15 training videos, a manual (https://www.humandymensions.com/product/icue-engagement-manual/ ), Education Pack (https://www.humandymensions.com/product/icue-education-pack/ ), the book It Works (https://www.humandymensions.com/product/it-works-a-new-approach-to-risk-and-safety/) and semiotic resources (https://www.humandymensions.com/product/icue-conversation-scenario-cards/; https://www.humandymensions.com/product/icue-engagement-whiteboard-magnets-base-set/) that enable iCue Engagement.
The learning, understanding and benefit of learning this method is extraordinary and turns on its head all traditional safety approaches to risk management.
This visual, verbal and relational tool enables the most profound insights into risk and human decision making. The iCue method is positive, practical, open, constructive and amplifies risk perception and response.
You can see Risk iCue video two here (or watch it below):
If you want to learn how to do the Risk iCue this can be done in workshops, coaching or via Zoom.

There are agents of SPoR all over the globe that can also come train and run workshops for you, just email for more details.

Another great conversation Rob, really showing how you can meet the other person, give over the power of the conversation, and track the things that are normally glossed over in Investigation and reviews.
I have been using iCue engagement boards with clients, in particularly with Human Resources processes, and finding them far more enlightening and deliver more to management on the culture of an organisation.
The next video where we will show them the ‘messiness’ in a layered sequence will knock their socks off!

Yes Matt. I never had one person in 20 years say they didn’t love it. Indeed, many wish they had learned the method 20 years ago.,
