What is Justice in Safety – Video Part Two

In our previous video we tackled the challenging question: What is Justice in safety? (https://safetyrisk.net/what-is-justice-in-safety-a-video/)

In this conversation with Desai Link, Greg Smith, Dr Craig Ashhurst and Dr Rob Long, we tackle and develop some of the deeper issues that were raised previously. Namely, concerns about the legal system, navigating that system, the idea of ‘just culture’, binary and mechanistic mindsets, the efficiency thoroughness trade-off, Due Diligence and Transdisciplinarity.

  1. Hi Rob, thorough enjoyed listening to the video. So true that navigating through issues of another profession is dangerous and that safety needs to talk to teh professionals of a specific subject to obtain guidance and support and not think that they can do it themselves. Kind Regards, Brian
