This happened at a Bio diesel plant when someone tried to weld a fuel tank (i assume methanol which is used in the process). Ive been to a few bio diesel plants and while it is great for the environment, it is a worry that the process is so simple that someone can set up a bio diesel plant in their back yard or build a mini refinery in the heart of a densely populated industrial suburb
