As part of her PhD studies Aneta Darlington is interviewing people across the globe who practice SPoR on what they know about C.G.Jung and, how this is relevant to leadership and risk.
In this podcast Aneta interviews Decebal Marin, Director of Corporate Dynamics in Romania. You can view the podcast here:
You can contact Decebal here: decebalm@corporatedynamics.ro if you would like to engage him or speak to him about how he applies SPoR in his work. You can read some of Decebal’s blog posts here: https://safetyrisk.net/?s=Decebal
Aneta is Director of Embodied Leadership (https://www.embodied-leadership.eu/) and can be contacted here: aneta.darlington@icloud.com
In this video Decebal explains how he uses SPoR Methods in his work and in his coaching in leadership in risk. The purpose of the interview by Aneta is to collect qualitative data for her thesis but they discuss many related ideas of interest to people in safety.
In SPoR, there are many scholars and ideas that influence SPoR Methodology and Methods (https://www.humandymensions.com/product/spor-and-semiotics/), Jung is one of those influences that informs the SPoR Body of Knowledge (BoK) (https://safetyrisk.net/social-psychology-of-risk-body-of-knowledge/).
This discussion is interesting because it is conducted by Aneta from her expertise on Jung and her understanding of SPoR.
Many issues are raised by Aneta and Decebal in leadership, culture and risk that would be of interest to people in risk, leadership and safety.
