Research Interview Podcast – SPoR and Jung

As part of her PhD studies Aneta Darlington is interviewing people across the globe who practice SPoR on what they know about C.G.Jung and, how this is relevant to leadership and risk.

In this video Decebal explains how he uses SPoR Methods in his work and in his coaching in leadership in risk. The purpose of the interview by Aneta is to collect qualitative data for her thesis but they discuss many related ideas of interest to people in safety.
