About SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGY OF RISK (SPoR)
Social psychology is the scientific study of human social behavior, with a focus on how people think and relate to each other under the influence of social arrangements. Social Psychology is about how people’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can be influenced by the real, imaginary, or implicit presence of others.
SPoR is a discipline with a unique methodology, methods, curriculum, pedagogy and practices that allow people and organizations to address risks more effectively than traditional risk and safety methods.
As people begin to have better conversations about risk and engage in risk assessment in a person-centered model, the old traditional ways of telling, policing, excessive bureaucracy, and process-centered methods take a back seat.
Unlike the traditional approach to safety, which focuses on controlling risk in the physical space of the workplace, SPoR provides a holistic perspective, allowing us to see the big picture and uncover the hidden factors that influence our risk judgments and decisions.
Hundreds of consultants and companies successfully implement SPoR around the world. About the SPoR FUNDAMENTALS training
Corporate Dynamics, brings for the first time in Romania the discipline of Social Risk Psychology (SPoR) and the SPoR FUNDAMENTALS course.
This is a course on practical ways to improve the way organizations approach risk and safety, putting people at the center of everything they do.
The course covers the fundamental methods of SPoR: One Brain Three Minds (1B3M) and Workspace, Headspace and Groupspace (WS, HS, GS), ICue methods, including: the iCue listening method and the iCue engagement method.
These participants will develop ICue Risk Intelligence and understand how the basic SPoR concepts can be implemented in their organization.
Understanding how people make judgments and decisions is fundamental to developing Risk Intelligence and effectively addressing risk in the workplace.
The course will be held in Romanian language, for 2 days.
The SPoR Fundamentals course is an interactive course with practical examples and tools that participants can later use in their organization.
This course is a prerequisite for attending any other SPoR courses.

- Introduction to SPoR Fundamental Concepts: Participants will gain an understanding of the key principles of Social Psychology of Risk, getting a solid foundation for further exploration of the subject.

About the trainer
With over 25 years of managerial expertise, Decebal Leonard Marin is a distinguished figure in the field of safety training and consultancy, currently serving as the Senior Consultant and Managing Partner of Corporate Dynamics.
Decebal holds a BBA degree from the Academy of Economic Studies (ASE) and a MAHRM degree in Human Resource Management from Westminster University. Additionally, he is a certified tutor with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
With a rich background in training, facilitation, and coaching, Decebal is a part of the global network of SPoR (Social Risk Psychology) consultants associated with the Center for Leadership and Learning at Risk (CLLR).
His application of Social Risk Psychology methodology has notably enhanced the training and consulting services delivered to prestigious companies, including Honeywell, Preh, Xella, Ameropa, CRH, Emerson, Holcim, and Toyota Material Handling, among others.
