Puppies follow safety guidelines in the home
Just like little children puppies need to be in a safe environment.
Puppies will and probably can chew almost anything, but I still think it isn’t safe to allow them to chew small objects etc.
My puppy grabs everything if I give her half a chance. Today she grabbed my scissors off me – but I was impressed she carried them the way I have been telling my daughter for years!!!
Of course puppies getting out of a yard is very dangerous and they can squeeze out of the smallest spots. My puppy loves the front and just like children probably because it is an area she can’t just visit as she pleases!!
Another home issue is falling off things. My pup fell backwards off my bed and she was lucky only her pride was hurt!
Safety guards around power points and electrical cords is advisable.
Recently a lady in the park told me her puppy jumped onto the kitchen bench and ate a whole block of chocolate so they had to have his stomach pumped!
Nevertheless, when you are out do not let them roam around the house – it might not be safe – they are nosey little things!!
So, basically keeping your home safe is cheaper and will give you peace of mind.
