The new cloud based SafeWorks solution is designed to give Safety Managers and their staff the tools to complete, manage & store safety forms from anywhere in the world.
19th March 2013 – Perth, Australia: As most HSE professionals will attest, managing and storing safety documentation can be a nightmare. SafeWorks solves those troubles by preventing form loss, allows organisations access to real-time reporting on safety form completion and enables forms to be created or updated and deployed across the organisation in seconds.
SafeWorks allows users to complete Take 5s, Hazard Reports, Prestart Checklists, Surveys, Inspections, JSEAs, Work Permits, Registers, Audits and more, using either an iPad, Android phone or tablet or using a digital pen & paper. Once the forms have been completed, the form data is then transferred via 448-bit encryption to the secure SafeWorks web portal. In the portal the users can view, edit and archive the forms and also gain in-depth insights from the systems reporting functionality.
