Measuring in Risk and Safety
It has become fashionable for organisations to use positive or leading indicators as a way to ‘measure’ their risk and safety ‘performance’. Leaders in some organisations have proudly told us how they are ‘progressive’, ‘generative’ and ‘world class’ because they focus on leading indictors and ‘the stuff that makes a difference’.
But what does all this measuring really do to us? How does it impact on the decisions and judgments we make.
In this latest "Conversations on the Coach", Gab and Rob explore this by sharing their ideas, thoughts and experiences.
As usual, we’d love to hear your feedback.
Cheers,
Gab & Rob
