  1. In terms of “Reasons to investigate a workplace accident …” on page four of your e-book, I think the most important one has been left out:
    – to be able to use and share learnings to improve controls to prevent similar incidents from occurring

  2. Your Ad Promises Free Downloads for JSA’s. When I search for them I get a ton of suggestions but no JSA Download Found

      1. So much of safety is so consumed with forms and templates that they have become the outcome of the industry. The best JSA is a blank page.

        1. Surely you aren’t suggesting it be done properly? Who does that anymore? That would involve thinking and conversation………
