Blog, Culture Cloud part 8 – History

History: Social History or the History of Mentalities is an approach to cultural history which aims to describe and analyse the ways in which people interact in the world around them, as distinct from traditional approaches to history that focuses on events, power, economics, technology etc. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_mentalities ). A study of Historiography is essential to understand this element of Culture.

Remember, it is also the way you understand history (historiography) that influence you worldview.

So how do we associate this with Culture and how does Culture affect Risk. Hopefully the above semiotic helps people see where Culture can be derived from.

Telos will show the trajectory of the Organisation and how it influenced by Culture, personal and organisational
